1) You DO NOT need a PayPal account to process your order. When you get to the Dectra Corporation "Pay Now" screen you have two choices: A)The right side of the screen is for those of you who have a PayPal Account; finish your transaction here. B)The left side of the screen is for those of you who wish to finish the transaction with a standard credit card. Click "Continue" in the line that states, "Don't have a PayPal Account".
2) Your billing information must match your credit card billing information exactly. This includes: Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code. You must also enter your "CSC Number". For safety and security, PayPal requires you enter your Security Code (CSC). For MasterCard, Visa and Discover the CSC number is the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For AMX, the CSC number is located on the front of the credit card.
